New Detroit Pistons initiative that brings Flint residents to games part of Tom Gores’ goal to open doors for kids
Over the next six months, the organization will partner with different Flint groups to bus children and families to Little Caesars Arena for a free Pistons game, including food vouchers, tickets and free T-shirts.

How Motor City Cruise, Wayne State partnership realizes third piece of Tom Gores vision for Detroit Pistons move downtown
First, the Pistons would play home games at Little Caesars Arena. Second, the Pistons would build a new headquarters that would house basketball and business operations. The last step was to bring a G League franchise to Detroit to offer an improved developmental experience for young players while also bringing an affordable entertainment option for city residents.

Sports legends, champions and local celebrities joined guests for the 11th Annual JRLA Celebrity Golf Classic. The highly anticipated and sold out event, presented by Tom Gores and Platinum Equity, raised over $100,000 to benefit the public charter high school on the Northwest side of Detroit.
