NBA’s David Stern Describes Tom Gores as ‘Gung-Ho’

Detroit Free Press: After the two-day NBA owners’ meeting in New York, NBA commissioner David Stern made a few remarks to the media about presumptive new Detroit Pistons owner, Tom Gores of Platinum Equity.
“He’s got huge Detroit connections and he’s really very enthusiastic,” said Stern. “He’s all in, and the owners appreciated that.”
